This hotel boasts an exceptional staff and stunning mountain views that make for a memorable stay. I truly enjoyed the beautiful lodge decor and great spa facilities. However, I found the dining experience overpriced and not quite as satisfying as I hoped, particularly at the restaurant. While the location is excellent for outdoor activities, a few things like housekeeping seemed to miss the mark.

While the breakfast buffet was varied, the prices felt steep for what you received, and the service at the restaurant could have been better. It was a bit of a letdown considering the expectations.

I had a lovely time at the hotel, highlighted by the beautiful lodge decor and incredible spa facilities. The stunning mountain views from my room were a real bonus, but the service at the bar was a little slow during peak times. The access to both skiing and hiking was top-notch, making it an ideal location for outdoor activities.

My stay at this hotel had a mix of positive and negative experiences. The location was fantastic, making it easy to access ski areas, and the decor throughout the lodge was beautiful. However, I was quite disappointed with the cleanliness of my room and the unappealing view I had from the balcony. Overall, while there were great features, the stay did not meet my expectations fully.

Rooms

The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, but unfortunately, mine had a disappointing view and cleanliness issues, which dampened my enjoyment.

However, the dining options could be improved, particularly the variety at breakfast. Overall, we found it to be a great value for a family getaway.

I had a mixed experience at Snake River Lodge. The hotel boasts a beautiful rustic decor and a great location for skiing, while the spa facilities were a delightful way to unwind after a day on the slopes. However, there were notable maintenance issues, including inconsistent hot water and air conditioning problems in our meeting room. Overall, while the ambiance and amenities were appealing, the service and facility upkeep left something to be desired.

Rooms

Our room was clean and well-decorated, but I expected a suite given the pricing, and the air conditioning unit was noisy throughout the night.
Service

The service was hit or miss. While some staff members were friendly and accommodating, I encountered a lack of empathy when reporting maintenance issues, which was quite disappointing.
